The ConBravo! 2012 Exhibitor Regulations apply to both artists and vendors who have tables or booths registered with ConBravo!. All artists and vendors must abide by these regulations. Their submissions of registration, upon approval by the artist or vendor coordinator, shall bind them to these regulations when present at the show.

Please review them thoroughly.

1. Space and Layout

Vendors and artists shall use only the space assigned to them. No vendor or artist may occupy a space that has not been assigned to them. No tables or additional point-of-sale surfaces may be added to the booth without the consent of the Vendor or Artist Coordinator. Signage and other promotional materials may not block or interfere with other artists or vendors. Any vendor or artist found in violation of this will be asked to remove the offending material.

2. Etiquette

Vendors and artists may use promotional material such as banners and music. However, banners must not contain inappropriate material (eg: nudity), and any audio must be kept at a reasonable volume which does not interfere with or cause difficulty for neighbouring artists and vendors. Vocal advertisement (eg: shouting) should only be used with restraint and may not defame or cause issue for neighbouring artists and vendors. Please treat your fellow artists and vendors kindly and with courtesy.

3. Photography

Photography is generally discouraged in the Exhibitor’s Hall as it congests traffic. Official ConBravo! photographers will be advised to ask permission from all artists and vendors before photographing any merchandise, artists, or vendors. ConBravo! does not take any responsibility for independent photographers and agents of media outlets. If you require assistance due to harassment by a media personality, agent, or photographer, please refer to the artist or vendor coordinator, or a ConBravo! Safety & Logistics member.

4. Sale of Food

No vendor or artist in the Exhibitor’s Hall shall engage in the sale of food, packaged, prepared, or otherwise to any attendee. Any vendor or artist found in violation of this will be asked to remove the offending merchandise. A second offense will result in revocation of their table or booth space.

5. Sale of Adult Materials to Minors

No vendor or artist shall distribute adult materials to minors. These include materials of a pornographic or violent variety, wherein the manufacturer’s explicit warning may prohibit the sale, or by inference from the content. Any artist or vendor found in violation of this will be reported to the authorities and their Exhibitor’s Hall table space revoked immediately.

6. Sale of Weaponry

No vendor or artist shall engage in the sale of weaponry, real or replicated, to any attendee whatsoever. Only props and toy replicas will be allowed, following appraisal by the artist or vendor coordinator. Any merchandise found in violation of this regulation must be removed from sale or display by the vendor or artist. Any vendor or artist found wielding a dangerous weapon will be reported to the authorities.

7. Exhibitor’s Hall Overnight

The Exhibitor’s Hall shall be closed to the general public from 6:00 PM Saturday night until 9:00 AM Sunday morning. The room will be secured overnight. Any Vendor or Artist who wishes to leave their belongings in the Exhibitor’s Hall overnight are welcome to. TeamBravo! takes no responsibility for missing or damaged items as a result.

8. Setup and Teardown

The Exhibitor’s Hall will be open to early setup at 7:00 PM on Friday, July 27th. Regular setup will be from 7:00 AM until 9:00 AM on July 28th and 29th. Friday early setup will end at 12:00 AM, while Saturday and Sunday closing is at 6:00 PM. For Sunday closing, Vendors and Artists will be expected to leave by 8:00 PM.

9. Operating Hours

The Exhibitor’s Hall will be open to attendees between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday, July 28th and 29th. No Vendor or Artist will be admitted between 1:00 AM and 7:00 AM of the interim, owing in part to hotel security policy.

10. Payment and Badges

Payment by Vendors and Artists must be received by June 1st, 2011. Badges will be available at the Registration Desk on Saturday morning, beginning at 7:00 AM. Additional badges can be purchased at the Registration Desk between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, both Saturday and Sunday.
