“Discussions” are standard panels, either in the form of a lecture, roundtable, or both. Generally Discussions have 1-4 speakers present, interacting with the audience. “Workshops” are panels with practical applications, such as teaching how to sew, make props, or how digital painting works. These may or may not have audience participation sections.
