Greetings Artists!

Once again, this is your second warning to all Artists that still have their table fees to pay.

An email has gone out to all of those that I have not received payment. You have 2 WEEKS remaining to pay your table fees. If we do not receive your payment by May 31st, 11:59pm you will unfortunately FORFEIT YOUR TABLE.

In addition, a Confirmation of Payment email has gone out to all those who have paid prior to May 15th.

If you have not received a 2-week warning email or a Confirmation of Payment email, it may be for one of the following reasons:

1) Check, check, check your Spam boxes! We have had a few reports of emails slipping through.

2) If you sent a cheque or money order in the last week or so, it may still be in the mail! (they don’t call it Snail Mail for nothing!)

3) If you’ve paid through PayPal using another name or a relative with a different last name has paid on your behalf, I may have missed it upon scrolling through all of the entries. It does help a great deal to leave a note of the name of the person’s table you are paying for (and thank you to all those who have already!)

Once again, you have until the end of the month to pay you table fees: May 31st, 11:59pm.

Also, if you anticipate any complications in getting your fees to me by the deadline or if something has come up and you are unable to attend Artists’ Alley, you have until May 27th, 11:59pm to email me at artists@conbravo.com to let me know of your cancellation.
