ConBravo!’s Marketplace is home to dozens of vendors and artists from across Ontario. We offer several different setups for both kinds of shops, including extended spaces and additional pass discounts for employees.

Forms for Vendor registration will open on March 1st 2012.

Artist Registration

Artist Alley registration is now open to the public. Please visit the registration page for more details. Be sure to review the Exhibitor Regulations before registering, and please allow for at least 1 week for a response.

The Marketplace is open during the following hours:

Friday
7:00 PM – Early Setup
11:00 PM – Setup Cutoff¹

Saturday
6:00 AM – Morning Setup²
9:00 AM – VIP Opening³
10:00 AM – Public Opening
6:00 PM – Marketplace Closing

Sunday
7:00 AM – Morning Setup
9:00 AM – VIP Opening
10:00 AM – Public Opening
6:00 PM – Marketplace Closing

Vendors and Artists will be provided a copy of Marketplace Policies prior to signing any agreements. If you should have any questions, please direct them to the respective coordinator (either artists@conbravo.com for Artists, or exhibitors@conbravo.com for Vendors).

1. Please note that vendors who come for early setup must be finished by 11:00 PM so that the room can be closed and locked securely by hotel staff. No ConBravo! volunteer, VIP, or any member of the public will be allowed in the room before 9:00 AM the next day. [↩]
2. During morning setup, Vendors and Artists will need to check in with their coordinators at the entrance. This includes all employees and helpers who will be entering the hall prior to 10:00 AM. No person will be admitted without the approval of a Vendor or Artist who has already signed in. [↩]
3. The room is opened conditionally to special guests and other VIPs at 9:00 AM. Artists and Vendors are encouraged to have their wares ready by this time.
