Please allow for the digital booklet to load as it’s about 2MB in size owing to images, pages, etc. Not all descriptions of events are available in the book and will be supplied either via attendee package inserts, or at relevant information tables at the convention.

Ladies and gents, we don’t wanna, but we gotta. We have to announce that today is the last day to pre-register online or by mail. But if you’re quick, you can still get your ticket before the booths close at midnight!

For those of you still in need after tonight, however, until July 15th, both A&C Games in Toronto and 1Up Games in Hamilton will have pre-reg tickets available in-store for $20. Be sure to stop by, say hi to the friendly proprietors, and pick yourself up something nice, won’tcha?

Having dusted off our ol’ website, we decided to give her a facelift that reflects this year’s theme: 8-bit! While not strictly from the 8-bit era, pixel art and early gaming has shaped a lot of what we do today. The retro revival is going strong and gamers everywhere are learning that what’s old is new again, as shiny as the day it was first discovered.

That in mind, we’d like to show our support for the retro revival and gaming in general! Folks, when you come out to ConBravo! this year, we want to see gamers. Lots of gamers! If you love Street Fighter, Doom, Call of Duty, NHL ’94, Mario Kart, Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, and Pong, then we want to see you show it!

Bring your costumes, bring your fighting spirit, and most of all, bring your fandom. ConBravo!’s gonna hit you with some massive updates in the next month, so be prepared!

Coming soon: Photo tour of the area surrounding ConBravo! There’s a lot of restaurants, a Home Depot, dollar store, 24-hour Denny’s, Tim Horton’s, and much much more!

There’s just a few guidelines for now, but keep in mind that closer to the date I’ll be double checking with everybody that they’re fully prepared to do the job. We’ll also be talking to volunteers at other conventions, and signing them up there. So keep an eye out for us. (We’ll be at Otakuthon next, just a few days away!)

We’re also looking for trained security and first aid people. More information about those two is coming soon.
