Panels are GO!
Friday, January 22nd, 2010
Ladies and Gentlemen, children of all ages (hey, that’s us!), ConBravo! wants you.
We want you to do panels!
If you don’t know what those are, panels are discussions about things you like. Sometimes they’re interesting lectures or talks given by experts, sometimes they’re get-togethers by fans of a series to discuss things.
We need people to host these miniature talk parties!
Panels are easy: If you know a lot about something and want to talk about it, sign up! We’ll put you and a few others together in a room with an audience and let things go from there.
Say you know a lot about Battlestar Galatica, Soul Calibur, or Lord of the Rings. That’s a fandom panel, and you can help run it! Or you’re into Prop Design, Costuming, or Performance. Those are cosplay panels, and you can help run those too! The list goes on.
That said, panels will be opening quite soon. On the same day as pre-registration, actually! When you send in your pre-registration, you can also choose to be a panelist. If you’re up to the task, start preparing now.
February 15th and Panels will be open!
