Hey folks, for those of you still looking to book hotels at the Holiday Inn for our weekend romp, the online group rate code has ended. However, they are still taking reservations at the con rate via the phone or in-person. You can contact the hotel at 1-888-987-4888, and either mention ConBravo! or “719434″ as our group code.
We’re also very sorry about any problems booking via online, there have been some hangups due to circumstances beyond our control including a full worldwide redesign of Holiday Inn websites that borked a couple of group rate codes.

Currently, attendees may be finding there are two options open to them with hotel rooms. One is our con rate, the other is the “advance rate” that the Holiday Inn central office sets.
Our con rate is $125 for a quad or queen room with 5 people in it. Usually hotels only allow 4 people, so this is a great arrangement for saving a bit of money. You can reserve it and do not have to pay until the day of your check-in.
The advance rate is $120, but it’s only to a max of 4 people, and you have to pay it up front, with no cancellation possible (ie: you’ve paid, there’s no money back on that). It’s standard practice for a lot of hotels to do this, so the con rate is far more friendly to everyone’s expenses and schedule.
We know some of our attendees were wondering about the difference, so hopefully that clears things up a little bit. :)
