Additional Badges
If you require additional badges for accompanying artists or helpers, they will be charged at $25, the standard pre-registration fee. Please note that we limit these badges to 1 per Half or Full table, and 2 per Studio table.
NOTE: No more than TWO people may be at a Full-table at a time and no more than ONE person may be at a Half-table at a time. This is designed to assist in the ease of traffic and merchandise behind the tables.
One chair is provided for all tables, however another may be requested for a Helper/Artist at Full-tables. Studio tables have 2 chairs.
Studios & Groups
The Studio/Group designation is for two or more artists who collaborate on projects. Group tables will be available in Studio configuration ONLY, please consider this when filling out your Artists’ Alley application. Please note that we do not allow more than 5 artists to be represented per booth. When you apply, please make sure to tick the box “Studio/Group” and select how many people you will be representing. The Artists’ Alley Director will then contact you with payment information specific to your needs.

Payment
Payment must be delivered by May 31st 2013. Unpaid tables after this date will be offered immediately to the next artist on the waitlist. Refunds must be requested no later than 60 days (May 27th 2013) before the convention. No refunds will be issued after this date.
Forms of payment for online applications will include: PayPal, Cheque, and Money Order.
